Livekrimson offers consulting in strategic marketing, premium product launches, and visual identity management for niche e-commerce platforms. Services include specialized training in consumer behavior analysis, online profit margin optimization, and advertising budget management for luxury brands.
The Client undertakes to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services. Livekrimson undertakes to perform the services with professional diligence, respecting the agreed deadlines. Any delivered material remains the intellectual property of Livekrimson until full payment of invoices.
Livekrimson assumes no liability for specific financial results of advertising campaigns or implemented strategies, as these depend on external factors (market, competition, allocated budgets). Livekrimson's total liability is limited to the value of services provided in the last 12 months.
Payment is made according to the issued invoice, within 14 calendar days. Returns are accepted only for services not fully provided, with written notification within a maximum of 7 days from the invoice issuance. No refunds are granted for services already partially or fully delivered.
Either party may unilaterally terminate the contract with a 30-day notice, by written notification to the email address info@livekrimson.com. In case of non-payment or serious breach of obligations, Livekrimson may immediately suspend or terminate the services.
Livekrimson reserves the right to modify these terms with a 15-day notice, communicated via email or on the website. Continued use of the services after the modification implies acceptance of the new terms.
